TACO BELL FRANCHISE PLAYER
A franchise player is a superstar that teams will build their (sports) franchise around. In our case, it’s a superstar we built a Taco Bell franchise around. Congratulations Davante, you get your own personal Taco Bell in your home. It’s kind of a baller flex.
TACO BELL REAL CRAVE
Real Crave was our new stylish & energetic approach to how Taco Bell showcases their latest menu offerings. The campaign used a mixed media approach to capture slice-of-life moments with friends hanging out, enjoying Taco Bell. The soundtrack for each of the spots was driven by Taco Bell “Feed The Beat” sponsored artists. These spots were even used to break new music from artists like, “Portugal The Man.” This campaign was a fresh visual approach in the food category and became (flatteringly) adopted by many other brands once it became seeded into culture.
THE TACO BELL METAVERSE WEDDING
Since the dawn of forever, people have had a unique loving relationship with the Taco Bell brand. So much so, getting engaged & married in a Taco Bell had become very much a thing. Taco Bell even installed a real wedding chapel in their Vegas Cantina to accommodate this loving fan behavior.
So, to take our fans love to the next level, we created the first metaverse wedding chapel and conducted an extensive search to find the perfect couple of Taco Bell lovers to say, “I do.” It was a very real wedding in a most unreal setting.
There is honestly A LOT of really cool stuff to unpack in this wedding, and I think we can all agree we’re pretty tired of case study videos, but I thought this coverage of the event by Gizmodo was a nice unbiased/outsiders perspective of the event.
CANTINA CHICKEN MENU
Some think Taco Bell is only good late-night. I admit, I was one of them. But when Taco Bell dropped the new Cantina Chicken Menu, they wanted to prove it was even better during the day. So, we scrubbed social media to find a few daytime Taco Bell haters and teamed up with known Bell lover Jason Sudeikis to make them eat their words.
STEAL A BASE. STEAL A TACO.
C’mon, you know what it is. First stolen base in the World Series scores America free tacos.
Last season, Ozzie Albies won. But this season, a most unlikely stolen base hero stepped-up to become our next Taco Hero.
UNOFFICIAL HALFTIME SHOWS
Taco Bell has program called “Feed The Beat” and since 2006, this program has helped thousands of artists be less “starving” on the road.
In 2023, we brought a collection of Taco Bell’s Feed The Beat artists together to perform at halftime of Women’s World Cup games. Giving the World Cup something it’s never had. A halftime show. Using halftime breaks, to showcase breakthrough artists.
